  • It’s based on the price you pay. The majority of the rates with limitations do not allow for exchanges, refunds, or returns or, if they allow it, they will have a penalty associated with it.
  • If your ticket was purchased via our online platform you can review the conditions of refund through Reservation Management or call flight representative service.
  • Monday to Friday: 09:00 to 17:30. If your ticket was bought through an agency, you need to get in touch with the agency.

IMPORTANT:

The cost of ticket management is not refundable.

Can I alter the final price depending on whether I opt for the purchase or pre-booking option?

When you book a flight via our platform the price you see is with taxes for the airport comprised.

Be aware that if you select to reserve your ticket your ticket, it will be stored for a period of 72 hours, and you will be capable of purchase anytime during the time period indicated, by accessing “Manage your reservation” from the “Manage your reservation” section on this page. You can purchase your Ticket (s) in any Travel Agency or office If you would prefer. If you select this last option, each travel agency will use its own charge table for the issuance.

After that, before the purchase becomes valid the reservation will be cancelled. If you choose to purchase the ticket, the ticket (s) issuing and the payment of your credit/debit card will be completed in a timely manner. If you have included an offer or voucher from any authority that issues tickets you will need to include it once again at the time of confirming your reservation as they might be different.

Can I alter the name on the flight ticket or seat?

No, name changes on seats and ticket reservation are not permitted.
